Australian Sourcing

Our range includes selected local products like South Australian King Prawns, caught in crisp cool South Australian waters, sustainably certified by the Aquaculture Stewardship Council.

Our Tacoma brand SA King Prawns are immediately graded and frozen fresh on the boat.  They are shipped directly to our distribution centre, where they are chosen by restaurants and chefs that desire consistent premium quality and size along with the convenience of high quality frozen seafood.

International Sourcing

The majority of our range is sourced internationally, providing our customers with a full range of quality frozen seafood to suit a variety of dishes and cuisines.  

Products such as our Barramundi is caught and filleted fresh then individually wrapped and frozen as fillets or individual premium 200g portions. 

Quality frozen fillets in uniform portion size and quality means; consistency in finished dishes, complete convenience, absolutely no waste, reduced preparation times, lower operating costs and higher margin dishes for our customers.
